Description
Newcastle City Council City Council are keen to encourage outdoor contractors to work with them where opportunities exist to develop innovative advertising displays within the City.
For clarity, innovative advertising displays relate to large formats (Digital and Paper and Paste Hoardings), special displays. (e.g. landmark sites), shrouds, static bridge advertising, rbt advertising, car park and bus station advertising. Please note this agreement does not include a FSU outdoor portfolio.
The arrangement will be subject to a Concession Agreement (the Agreement) between the Council and the contractor, describing the process governing the Council's procedures for offering licence agreements for the development of advertising initiatives within the city.
The Agreement will be for a maximum period of 2 years, consisting of an initial period of 2 years, followed a further 1 X 12 months option to extend.
