Description

Manningham Housing Association sought to appoint a contractor to deliver a comprehensive 3 star gas safety & servicing, day to day repairs service contract for MHA owned gas appliances to also include out of hours emergency callouts related to any gas related works. The work comprises of annual gas safety checks and servicing (In line with the manufacturer's instructions) and responsive repairs to domestic gas central heating systems, gas fires, gas cookers and annual testing of smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors, including where required replacement batteries.

All Suppliers invited to this opportunity have passed the minimum requirements of the Procurement hub's Property Works Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) OJEU Reference Number 2019/S 111-270744.
