Description

Construction of a small extension (approx. 50sqM) and internal alterations to Enhanced Care Ward at Radbourne Unit, Uttoxeter Road, Derby to create a new seclusion suite with 2 seclusion rooms accessed from the current ward, which will remain in operation throughout the works. The Radbourne Unit is a mental health psychiatric unit and the enhanced care ward provides greater security than elsewhere on the site. Potential contractors will have to show that they have experience of working on mental health hospital sites.
