Description

Ipswich Borough Council is looking to procure Employers Agent and Quantity Surveyor services for a proposed housing development at Old Norwich Road site in Ipswich.

The project will deliver 45/50 homes through a Design and Build contract value approximately £6 million including all site infrastructure on a brown field site.

The properties will comprise mainly 1 and 2 bedroom properties based upon the Design Brief that has been published by IBC Planning Dept.
