Description

An external partner is required to join the HAIRE project to collaborate and enhance the visual aids within the Guided Conversation (GC) and supporting toolkit that is being designed with, and for communities and the Older People who reside within them, enabling them to add life to years. This partner will work in a reciprocal way and be committed to delivering the required programme of work to the end of the project date.
