Description

Ipswich Borough Council requires contaminated land assessments of sites identified as part of the Council's contaminated land strategy. These are sites which have the potential to be contaminated.

The assessment is required to allow the Local Authority to determine if a site is contaminated as defined by Part 2A of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the category in which it falls, giving consideration to the relevant guidance.
