Description

Tenders are invited from interested parties for the Provision of Maintenance Services for the 11Kv Network at Keele University in accordance with the Tender Specification in Section 2 of the ITT.

Given the need for one Service Provider to co-ordinate the delivery of all of the services required, the contract has not been divided into lots.

The contract will run for a period of four years from 1st August 2018 to 31st July 2022 with an option to extend for a further one year. The decision of whether to take up the extension option will be down to the absolute discretion of the University.

The estimated total value of the contract over its duration (including the extension option if this is taken up) is £125,000 excluding VAT.

It is essential that Tenderers visit the University campus prior to submitting their tender submission in order to ascertain all the necessary information as to risk which may affect their tender sum.

Arrangements to visit site for this contract can be made directly with Mr Ashley Hulme, Tel: 01782 733135. The site visits will be conducted during the tender period.
