Description
North West London Collaboration of Clinical Commissioning Groups (Central London CCG, West London CCG, Hammersmith & Fulham CCG, Hounslow CCG, Ealing CCG) is INVITING PROPOSALS with QUOTATIONS from suitable providers, seeking support to improve operational efficiency and site utilisation at the Parkview Centre for Health and Wellbeing.
Hammersmith & Fulham CCG will act as Contracting Authority and the CCG that enters a contract with the successful bidder.
A contract will be awarded to the provider that best meets the Contracting Authority's requirements to adequately complete the following:
• Understand in detail the way in which the multiple providers in Parkview operate their respective models of care, and the ways that patients move through the building.
• Build on the recommendations for change developed in previous work to develop recommendations for how the services could operate under a single operating model, and quantify the benefits associated with this new way of working.
• Identify, test and iterate immediate recommendations for change to business processes and estates that will improve efficiency and utilisation.
• Make quantified recommendations for future changes to business processes, contracting and estates that will improve efficiency, utilisation and provider integration.
Through this work, it is expected some initial changes to service and estate to be implemented, and a final recommendations report to be produced, including quantified proposals for change to both services and estates.
The duration of this contract will be 5 months and the total value of the contract is £90,000.
It is intended that the new service will commence from October 2017 until March 2017.
