Description

North East Derbyshire District Council (NEDDC) is developing a comprehensive and ambitious transformation strategy for one of its key towns, Clay Cross. The vision for Clay Cross is to become a 21st century town, moving on from its industrial legacy whilst valuing and preserving its heritage, transformed into a centre for learning, research and climate change innovation.

NEDDC is a forward looking authority and is seeking a fresh and innovative approach to place-making and regeneration. This will be reflected in any responses to this call for bids.
