carrying out the statutory function of personally serving
or sub-serving the Statutory
Demand or petition on the debtor. HMRC have a legal
requirement to serve such documents to debtors on
behalf of Debt Management. These documents include
individual and partnership statutory demands,
individual bankruptcy petitions and
company/partnership winding up petitions.
