Description

Birmingham City Council, The Landscape Practice Group is seeking to appoint organisations for the construction of new bridge over Bourn Brook, new retaining walls with railings and new walking and cycling route to the structural engineer's and landscape architect's drawings and specification.

This scheme will provide a better access between the existing Bourn Brook Walkway and Harborne Lane. The proposals include construction of 2.5m wide tar, spray and chip surfaced path, construction of retaining walls, supply and installing a metal bridge and major regarding works.

There are existing services within the site and they have been marked on the tender documents.

The site is adjacent to a very busy dual carriageway, Harborne Lane and a private care home.

This contract will be for a period of 2 months commencing 18 June 2018 until 10 August 2018
