Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to award a new service contract for a 5-19 School Health Nursing Service from the 1st April 2019 that is based on the Department of Health's Healthy Child Programme (HCP) and PHE commissioning Guidance 2015 and includes the four levels of service: community, universal, universal plus and universal partnership plus; five health reviews and six high impact areas.
