2. Introduction to the Requirement:
Stonewater is pleased to invite interested and qualified suppliers to participate a competitive process for the provision of conversion services for ground-floor enhancements and parking, hereafter referred to as 'The Tender'.
The requirement consists of the conversion of an existing attached carport to form a ground-floor twin-bedroom accessed from the entrance hall, including ground-floor WC conversion into a wet room, and the creation of replacement parking in the rear garden.
