Description

Architectural services to provide an options appraisal and RIBA stage 0-1 feasibility for Arts/ drama options to B6 centring around a new extension, ground floor options, and uses for the whole of B6 as recommended in the SDF proposals.
As part of the Estates Strategy Recast 2020 SEH tested the space requirements for Drama in B6 and this was subsequently reflected in the SDF Handbook. Their work on this and currently on B3 refurbishment puts them in the unique position of having developed knowledge on the Lasdun Wall and Drama that will be invaluable for the B6 feasibility. This is not something that our other framework consultants are able to offer at this time.
The contract value includes management of M&E and QS resources.
A single action tender was undertaken.
