Description

Leeds Jewish Housing Association sought a Contractor to cover the following Workstreams:
•Responsive Maintenance (including Emergency Works ordered during Normal Working Hours and including Mutual Exchange Gas and Electric Tests);
•Call Handling - OPTIONAL FOR WORKING HOURS, SERVICE PROVIDER TO HOLD PRICE FOR 12 MONTHS.
•Out of Hours Call Handling;
•Out of Hours Emergency Works;
•Major Works;
•Gas Appliance Servicing and Maintenance;
•Void Property Works.
•Redecoration programme
