Description

The Council is seeking applications, from suitable organisations, to operate/run the catering service at the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park, located in Cannon Hill Park.

Interested organisations must demonstrate that they are able to provide a consistently high quality service, which represents good value for money and have a proven track record in the operation of similar catering operations

In return for the right to operate at the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park the Council is expecting an annual payment from the provider(s) that reflects the income potential of the site.

The contract will commence in February 2017, and run for a period of three years.
