Description

The purpose of this research is to investigate what a positive (meaningful) development experience means for England Talent Pathway athletes and their support network (i.e. parents/carers). It will deliver actionable insight which we will use to inform our own policy as well as share in order to inform (and challenge) strategy and delivery within National Governing Body (NGB) programmes.
