Cornwall Council are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant team to prepare a Phosphate Management Strategy for the River Camel Special Area of Conservation (SAC), due to effects of excessive phosphates (resulting from agricultural practices and wastewater from built development) entering the watercourse.
