Description

To provide support for the movement of its tenants between properties, the Council requires an effective household removals service that includes the following elements:

- The collection, transportation, delivery and off-loading of residents' furniture, household appliances and personal belongings etc;

- The supply of suitable packing cases, packing materials and consumables to support these moves;

- Assistance with residents' packing where required;

- The short-term storage of furniture, household appliances and personal belongings in safe and secure premises with environmentally controlled conditions.
