Description
Transport for London (TfL) requested independent research services regarding fatigue in London bus drivers. The research was commissioned by TfL to understand the present situation with regard to fatigue and the report provides a roadmap to investigate solutions and to delve deeper into some of the observations made by the authors on driver fatigue across the London bus network. For the full report, please read here: http://content.tfl.gov.uk/bus-driver-fatigue-report.pdf
Following from the findings of the report, TfL created a problem statement looking to innovators who can help reduce bus driver fatigue.
The bus driver fatigue innovation challenge will be open for innovators to apply until Sunday 12th April. The project's primary objective is to find innovative solutions which can reduce incidents of driver fatigue on the London bus network.
