Hillswick - Shetlands

Provision of welfare/training cabin
Unit to be positioned across rear of existing building with tank in far corner nearest road for easy emptying. Area under cabin to be cleared, plastic sheeted and chipped. 1. sourcing of 24x8' welfare cabin c/w toilet and kitchen area. 2. Mobilisation of unit to Hillswick CRE 3. Sourcing of suitable approx 5000 litre cesspit tank and mobilisation to site. 4. Setup of both units including excavation for lowering tank level, as-dug material to be stockpiled on site for future use backfilling hole. 5. Sewer pipework from unit to tank 6. water pipework from existing building to unit 7. Power cable from existing building to unit, testing and certification. 8. casting of 4 no. concrete blocks to set unit on and fixing down. 9. Casting of pavement from doors of unit back to hard standing. 10. Forming of steps to doors.
