Description

Edwards Court is a 53-unit Passivhaus Extra Care scheme developed by the City Council to provide independent good quality housing with care to older people in the city.

The scheme has been designed to act as a community hub with restaurant, wellbeing and flexible communal spaces that can be developed and utilised by both residents and the wider community

The scheme reached practical completion in November 2021 and the City Council is now looking to appoint an interior designer with experience in interior deign and fitting out communal areas, guest rooms and a show flat within specialist extra care developments for older people.
