The contract will be with the Grimsby Institute of Further & Higher Education, all other references within the document are to trading brands of the Grimsby Institute of Further & Higher Education. The TEC Partnership is the main trading brand of the Grimsby Institute of Further & Higher Education (GIFHE), however there are also a number of other sub brands that may be referred to in this document.
