Description

Essex County Council currently has provision in place to provide Leadership and Management development solutions through a framework agreement, which is due to terminate in July 2021, and are looking to the market to develop its requirements to implement a new contractual arrangement which will replace this and provide development solutions aligned to the current and future corporate strategies. It is envisaged that a new Framework Agreement will be created based on a selection of Lots, yet to be identified, with the possibility of selecting a number of providers to each Lot.

A questionnaire has been created for service providers to complete as part of this early market engagement. The responses will be used to inform ECC's requirements before the issue of a tender.
