Description

This procurement is to procure additional compute nodes for UCL's Centurion HTC Cluster. Centurion is a heterogeneous High Throughput Computing cluster and is composed of the following elements:
(a) Data Network: Connectivity to storage is provided over Ethernet.
(b) Login node: Sun Fire X4250, 8-core, dual socket Intel-based server with 16GB of RAM.
In addition to the above infrastructure elements, the Centurion cluster contains a number of different node types which cater for the differing workloads of the scientific community at UCL
