Description
The Science Museum seeks to commission a sculptural piece of art or design for the central space of Energy Revolution. We hope this piece-the only commissioned artwork in the gallery-will:
- Provide a unifying focal point for the gallery
- Speak to cross-cutting curatorial themes
- Invite visitors to pause and reflect.
The central space has been privileged within the gallery design through the radial design that works on plan and in elevation. The installation should provide a unifying focal point at the gallery's centre, but also encourage the visitor to look outwards to consider future energy options on display.
Please submit your bid by email to Frances.Benton@sciencemuseum.ac.uk by 12pm on 9th December 2022.
