The market engagement event will include a presentation of the proposed commissioning model and it will offer potential service providers the opportunity to raise any questions or present any views prior to proceeding to the Invitation to Tender phase of the commissioning programme.

Please note that places are allocated on a first come first serve basis and will be limited to maximum 2 attendees from each organisation.
Haringey Council acting as lead Authority seeks to procure the provision of Advocacy Services on behalf of London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.
The scope of services to be covered will include provision of:
•Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMHA),
•Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Relevant Person's (Paid) Representative (RPR),
•Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMCA),
•Care Act (Care and Support) Advocacy
•Children's Advocacy
It is envisaged that the service will commence on 1st April 2018 and run for a period of 3 years with a possibility of extension for a further one year plus another one year.
The London Boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey are committed to working with the market place to maximise the commissioning opportunities to be gained under this contract.
