Description
The Pensions Dashboard Programme needs legal advice on identifying the legal risks associated with delivering the CDA and the dashboard ecosystem as well when entering into agreements with our suppliers.
The following areas are those main areas where we believe we will need legal advice (we have emboldened the areas where we predict the most legal support). In each of these areas, we expect we will need a range of support and advice (both written and verbal) but mainly: on legal risk; in relation to interpretation and options; drafting agreements and contracts; and representation.
