Description

Our requirement is for the provision of Media-Buying Services for a test-and-learn advertising campaign, to be executed and delivered via programmatic channels.

This campaign may comprise up to three phases. Its objective is to encourage Nest pension-holders to activate their member account online.

The first phases will run between December 2021 and February 2022. It will be a test-and-learn activity and will complement email campaigns as well as unpaid social media messaging.

We foresee a programmatic advertising programme with a three-phased approach, building and expanding reach and conversion based on contextual learning and building lookalike profiles.

Bidders should note that although our long-term plan is to progress to phases 2 and 3 of the campaign, we make no commitment to doing so.

Any decision on whether to proceed with phases 2 and 3 will be determined by the quality and success of phase 1 of the campaign, and the results and learnings it generates, amongst other factors.

The campaign's key performance measures will be CPM (cost per thousand impressions), CPC (cost-per-click) and CPA (cost per acquisition - acquisition is defined as a Nest member successfully completing activation at the back of engaging with the campaign).
