Description

Leeds City Council is procuring an integrated person centred, holistic healthy living service to meet the needs of people in Leeds. The Services will be branded 'One You Leeds' The Services will provide healthy living interventions and activities that focus on the following modifiable lifestyle behaviours: smoking, physical activity, healthy eating, and cooking skills in addition to working with clients to address barriers to successful and sustained behaviour change.
