Description
Connected (comprising Octavia Housing, Origin Housing & Shepherd's Bush Housing Group) wish to establish a 2 Lot Contractor Framework for their upcoming 4-year development programme. The estimated value of this Framework is 300m GBP (c.200m GBP of this value will be attributed to Connected's projects and c.100m GBP to additional framework users (see VI.3).Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes. Connected produce new homes using a variety of procurement routes including works contracts, development agreements and joint ventures.Suppliers can only apply to one Lot on this Framework.
