Description

The University has recently been awarded an EPSRC equipment grant and wants to purchase a state-of-the-art Rheometer. The objectives of the equipment are summarized as follows:
• To study the fundamental behaviour of non-Newtonian liquids, slurries and suspensions and soft matter
• To allow the relationships between stresses, strains and viscoelastic behaviour in the fluids and soft matter to be understood in order to understand material transport within thermodynamic events and material processing with complex fluids

The scope of this contract is for the supply of the equipment as detailed in the ITT to the University, with after-sales support and 36 months warranty and maintenance.
