Description

Cannock Chase District Council's housing team have appointed an external Consultant with experience to carry out a sample of condition surveys on approximately 1051 dwellings within their stock. In order to establish a 30-year business plan for the housing department Cannock Chase District Council have recently completed the implementation of their asset management system and now require current information to populate the database.

Furthermore, current energy assessments of the dwellings are required in order to obtain funding to meet the Council's climate change agenda, Carbon Neutral by 2030.
