Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a suitably experienced and competent contractor to deliver remedial works to structural steel columns to the swimming pool hall at Biddulph Valley Leisure Centre, including all temporary works, opening up to facilitate works to column bases and subsequent making good.
