Description

Construction Works Design & Build contract for a new-build single storey Pupil Referral Unit of approximately 2,500m2 gross internal floor area including associated external works, Multi-Use Games Area, car parking, access roads, hard play area and landscaping. The form of contract will be JCT 2011 Design and Build Contract. The London Borough of Enfield is bringing together the Enfield Tuition Centre service from three separate sites to a single location with this new building. The Contractor will have vacant possession of the site; demolition, site clearance and enabling incoming services will be completed prior to the new construction works via a separately procured Enabling Works Contract.
