Description

This project is intended to deliver an Historic Building Investigation and Statement of Significance in support of the Stockton & Darlington Railway Heritage Action Zone programme, namely of the former Lime Cells (Figure 1). The property lies within the Northgate, Darlington Conservation Area.
The project is split into two components: Historic Building Survey and preparation of a Statement of Significance. Each component should be costed and timetabled separately. Organisations may tender for either or both components, as individuals or in partnership/as a syndicate with other organisations
