Description
The Capital Works comprise the conservation and repair of the fabric of the former Old Kings Head and conversion to vibrant new artisan café and B & B business that will inject new life into its ancient fabric and help to revitalise the local economy and community. It is proposed that the main building will be sensitively adapted to provide accommodation for a Café, Deli, Community Meeting Space and Bed and Breakfast. Extensive repairs to the Stable Block Range are required to retain, repair and reinstate the fabric of this structure which will be undertaken to form accommodation for two commercial units and one residential unit.
