The Authority seeks a Contractor to provide a comprehensive service for Pharmacy and Radiopharmacy Quality Assurance/Quality Control Services. The key objectives are:
• Provision of a Quality Assurance/Quality Control service that satisfies the appropriate National and Regional Policy documents on Quality Assurance/Quality Control
• Monitoring of the preparation of radiopharmaceutical products at Lincoln County Hospital to the approved standards required under the Medicines Act 1968 and the Human Medicines Regulations 2012
• Testing and monitoring of the Pharmacy Aseptic dispensing facilities and equipment at Lincoln County Hospital and Pilgrim Hospital, Boston
• Ad-hoc requests and various related duties
