Description

Oldham Council's Waste Management Service are looking to engage a leaflet distributer for the next 2 years (1st October 2018 to 30th September 2020) for a variety of leaflet distribution work. The two main jobs will be:
• Job 1: Annual bin collection calendar delivery to approx. 90,000 households in October/November over a 3-4 week period.
• Job 2: Annual Xmas alternative bin collection arrangements leaflets to approx. 36,000 households in December over a 2 week period. There will potentially be other borough-wide and/or small scale leaflet delivery associated with project work. A detailed specification of requirements associated with this work is listed in Section 4 of this document.
