Charnwood Borough Council, are seeking tenders to extend The Outwoods Cottage building to create a Multi-function cafe and Visitor Centre with a covered seating area, plus associated hard and soft landscaping surrounding the building.

Planning permission has been secured for the renovation and construction of the extension to The Outwoods Cottage building.
