Description
Wealden District Council are looking for a Provider to provide an Alarm Monitoring Service including the monitoring of a range of associated Telecare sensors and supporting Retirement Living Managers who are on/off site. There is also the provision of an Out of Hours repairs service monitoring for Council tenants on an exceptional/occasional basis and an Out of hours emergency homelessness placements. Full service requirements are given in the Specification in the Invitation to Tender.
The services are required from 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2022, with an option to extend a further 3 x 12 months subject to satisfactory performance.
