Description

L&Q is seeking suitably experienced suppliers to fulfil its communal cleaning services across its estates.

The scope of the services in these Lots will include, but is not necessarily restricted to the following:
Communal Cleaning - an output specification for scheduled cleaning of all areas deemed within the scope of communal areas, inside and in some limited circumstances, outside L&Q residential buildings. This will include:
o Hallways/ Corridors/ Walkways
o All flooring (hard and soft)
o Landings and communal balconies
o Stairwells (including underneath stairwells, stair risers and nosings, where applicable).
o Lifts- flooring and fixtures and fittings
o Entrances, exits, doors, door mats, door glass and door furniture
o Atriums
o Communal walls, woodwork, ceilings, light fittings, electrical sockets, skirting boards, ledges, switches etc.
o Communal Post Rooms
o Bin/Refuge Stores
o Bike Stores
o Pram sheds
o Mezzanine areas
o Any other communally accessed areas within buildings on the estates which are likely to be used by residents.

In addition to the scheduled cleaning, there are several additional items that may be requested by L&Q at varying times throughout the year.

The requirement is split over 5 x Lots with each offering a 7 year contract.
