Description

The Services being procured are for a main contractor to deliver a new indoor bowls facility at the Avenue Bowls Club, Coventry, to be delivered on a design and build basis. The new facility will replace the current facility at the Coventry Sports and Leisure Centre. The development will include a six rink bowls hall (including seating area) along with enhanced changing facilities, toilets, office accommodation and car parking at the club site.
