Description

The tender is split into two lots, suppliers can make a submission against either lot or both.

Lot 1 Supply and Installation of a fully integrated LC-MS (UHPLC System + triple quadrupole mass spectrometer). This will replace our current system.

Lot 2 Supply and Installation of an UHPLC System. This system is to be installed as a front end to our Sciex Q-TRAP 5500 mass spectrometer, replacing our current system. This system must be compatible with Analyst 1.7 software.

Suppliers may include in their offer the option to trade-in old systems. The old systems that will be available for trade in are as follows:

Available for trade in against Lot 1
• Sciex API4000 mass spectrometer
• Shimadzu Prominence LC20ad XR LC

Available for trade in against Lot 2
• Agilent 1260 Infinity HPLC

The scope of this contract is for the supply, delivery and installation of the equipment detailed in Section 3 Technical Specification to the University and a minimum of 12 months warranty followed by 24 months maintenance and servicing, all training necessary for safe and reliable operation of the system, and a complete set of operating and maintenance documents.
