Fit out of the former Royal Mail Building (EMDEC) to provide temporary accommodation for University of Plymouth.
The scope of works in summary consists of the following: -
• Reworking of internal spaces
• Rebalance of the mechanical heating, cooling and ventilation systems
• Upgrade of electrical works including small power and lighting
• Refurbishment and provision of new lifts
• Fitout of teaching, office, catering and welfare spaces
