Description

Northumbria University has an average need of around 500 appointments annually for the services detailed in the scope of this project. The service will be available to approximately 3,500 employees.

The service provider must deliver value for money, and a high quality, effective and flexible Occupational Health service all year round.

The University favours in-person appointments that either take place on university premises or at an appropriate location near to the University's main campus within Newcastle city centre.
The University would like to explore the use of a service providers premises if appropriate.

Any quantities or values quoted in these ITT Instructions and associated documents are for guidance only, no guarantee is given that these will be met or exceeded.

This framework is made up of three discreet Lots:
•Lot 1 - Provision of Occupational Health Clinical Services
•Lot 2 - Provision of an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
•Lot 3 - Provision of Physiotherapy Services

Service providers may submit offers for one or more Lots.

The framework will run for 2 years, with the possibility of 2 extensions of 1 year (2+1+!)
