Description

ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultant to carry out a substantial traffic data collection exercise . The data required for collection is a mix of Automatic Traffic Count (ATC) data, roadside interviews (RSI), turn count data, car park surveys, and journey time data. Additional turn count data is also required for the purpose of updating junction models in relation to North East Lincolnshire Council's Local Transport Plan Highway Strategy.
