Historic England Replacement of the existing passenger lift at 37 Tanner Row, York Y01 6WP
37 Tanner Row is a double-fronted five storey building (basement, ground and first to third floors) that was originally a hotel and later converted to commercial offices. We are looking for a contractor to design, development and implementation of all the works required for the lift replacement.
