Description

In accordance with Housing Benefit and Council Tax legislation the service is required where Claimants appeal a decision made by the Oxford City Council that a formal submission is to be made to the appropriate tribunal service for a legal hearing.
The Benefit Service has procured the service for the submission and attendance of tribunal hearings of the appeal procedures. Reconsideration and general enquiries regarding appeals will be dealt with by the Benefit Service.
