Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is considering options for the future commissioning of direct payment support for adults and families to enable them to plan and arrange their own support. As part of a wider engagement and consultation, we are inviting stakeholders to a market engagement event to shape and inform the service model and service specification for the provision of this service.
